Personally I like win 10 mobile over win phone 8.1 in almost every way. Only thing I don't like is that it's not as fast or fluid but hopefully that will be fixed soon. As for the new flagships not looking premium I agree. It bothered me at first but then it came to me that I never see my phone anyway, it's always in a case. Biggest issue will be finding a good looking case. So as long as it performs premium I'm in.

Why can't MS delivery good designs along with specs?? I see lots of phone makers did that with Android. Why Microsoft has to be the special one? Trying so hard to be unique and eventually hurting it own sales?

because they seem to focus only on cutting costs down. For sake they even don't have separate teams for mobile and desktop OS lol, they had to wait for the desktop OS to be launched for the mobile one to get more resources to be worked on. and you expect quality? their phone/chat customer support can't handle tasks in a decent way, and you expect quality? Ballmer made mistakes, but at least he was trying to keep the quality.
