I deleted device hub by accident can it be retrieved?

I deleted device hub by accident, lumia 636 windows cyan 8.1. I found a help page on restoring deleted apps and followed the instructions to find the app and restore it from the app store but it is not listed as having been in my app history ?

You mean "device hub" in settings? If so , install "SysApp Pusher". After opening the SysApp Pusher", under "Microsoft Mobile", scroll down to "System" and you can find "device hub".
