I guess I bricked my phone, what should I do?

I guess I bricked my phone

Iras installing wp10 on my Lucia 730, ithe gears got to full bar but I accidentally soft reset it by holding the power button.. Now when it powers up... Shows the gears and 30 secs later it blacks out ... And it happens everytime I power it up. What should I do?

Try charging your phone while your phone is installing the updates and if that doesn't work then use the recovery tool.
