I have bought a Lumia 930 International Unlocked version. Sim is not getting detected.

It was working fine with AT&T in US and Airtel in India. But there was an issue with my software and service center had to install the OS again. Now my sim is not getting detected. Its telling no sim and emergency calls only, I tried with different network but same. The phone carrier in extras+nifo showing 000-HK. Can anyone help me to make my phone detect sim again.

The phone has Lumia Denim update.

Sim Unlock - 1.0.0.5

From my experience: When a device doesn't detect a sim card, either the sim or the device are faulty (hardware fault).

If if worked before than it also could be a software problem.
I would suggest to get the sim card out and do a hard rest and try again.

Or go back to the service centre.

Checked the hardware and it is absolutely fine. Problem is authorized service center donot unlock the windows phone. Carrier is showing 000-HK after new sim also.

Do you know what the RM# was before repair? Has that changed?

Is mobile operator 000-HK new? Or was that what it originally was? 930 with 000-HK should be Factory Unlocked Country Variant.

Can you test your SIM in another phone to make sure it did not get corrupted? Can you test another SIM in your phone to rule out a bad SIM tray?

If this does not fix the problem and you ruled out faulty tray and SIM, get a replacement.
