I have just downloaded Windows 10 and my power switch on the left of my screen has disappeared?

i have just downloaded windows 10and my power switch on left of my screen has disappeared??

the toolbar on the right of my screen is usually hidden when i was on windows 8 if i hovered over the top right corner and slide the cursor down it would appear and i could switch my laptop off, now i cant switch it offat all??
