I need help with recovery guys

Hello
I'm trying to recover my 950xl with WRT but every time the download starts, it fails shortly after with this message in the picture posted. Even after installing windows anniversary update afresh.
What do you suggest?

It doesn't want to upload but what it says is

Downloading file RM1085-1078.0053.10586.13169.12547.034E00_retail_prod_signed.ffu failed.

Ive never run into that one before, if its an issue downloading try completely uninstalling the application and drivers in "programs and features" and re-install it. Something might not have properly installed the first time.

But make sure to uninstall anything by microsoft with the word drivers in it that installed when you installed WDRT. And also make sure to uninstall "WinUsb CoInstallers" and "windows IP over USB

No install needed, just right click the exe in the folder and run as admin.

You might even see the failed attempt with a specific port #.
