How would it be any different from what we already have?

It wouldn't be so cluttered. Especially, if you start to rack up so many.

Well for starters it could be a library to hold your games. Currently it is a mishmash of phones/xbox/windows 8 "games" (mostly advertising) and while you can find games and launch from there it is rather clumsy and inefficient.
