I'm having a doubt with windows 10 mobile

We have skype video and messaging inbuilt. Do we still have the need of old skype app or can I uninstall it?

I don't think the Skype messaging apps are at the same level yet. We can't send attachments with it. Also, mine refuses to sync with my people hub, so the messaging part doesn't work. Anyone know how to fix it?

If you just want basic IM and Video calls, you can use the lightweight built-in apps. But if you want the full experience, you'll have to use the real Skype app.
