In Windows 10, iTunes 12.3 will not recognize my ipod
Sorry for the unprofessional description, I'm just a regular user. I was informed that either Apple and/or Microsoft would have to do a software or driver update. I'm running around in circles trying to figure this out to no avail. I'm wondering if I'll be forced to switch to Microsoft's music app? I've talked to support at both companies, and though when I ask for a driver update, my computer informs me all drivers are up to date.
