"install manually" is not available on website?

Yesterday i tried to download candy crush for my wp8.1 . But i couldn't find "download and install manually" option on windowsphone.com . I need to install it manually as my store is not completing it's task of install this game.
Except candy crush i am able to download everything from store.
I've Lumia 730.

The facility to push app installs from the website has been removed in the new store :eck:
