Installing Apps - Something Unexpected Happened

Since 10.0.14393.1066 (1607) came out I guess; had it for a long time (several months). Now I really need an app, so I started digging into it.

Didn't solve issue.

I found out the following: when I try to install new apps on my Windows 10 PC (version 15063.332) then I get the same error mesage. When I logon to that same PC with the Microsoft account from my gf then installing (same) apps does work... So it is account-related and a bigger problem then I thought... Now what..?

Solution is here. Eventually it became clear that a policy was blocking all this.
