Internet explorer impossible to read?

hi guys

Need some help before i go mad!!!

Just got a replacement phone today and picked a nokialumia 720,

Anyways to cut a long story short!

When I look at Internet explorer on it
The writing is almost unbearable all the web pages I view are so small I can't even see it,

Tried double tapping but then I have to move the screen backwards and forwards to read each sentence,
Also went into the ease of use and put the font size to the biggest size this didn't even change a thing?

Am I missing something here ??

My last phone was a Samsung mini s3 and all I had todo was double click on a the screen( say I was reading a forum it would zoom in and make the writing fit perfect and easy readable!

Please help me lol

Are you loading the desktop version of the website?
Is the problem limited to a particular website?

Have you tried 'mobile version' in IE's settings?

Unfortunately IE10 on WP8 doesn't support auto-wrapping, so if the webpage has no responsive design (which should deliver the mobile version layout), you have to live with scrolling vertically ...

If I posted a screenshot you wouldn't be able to see it lol
Give up trying to view the web on it, sitting he on my iPad typing this.
I've tried mobile and desktop and both seem to be real small, ie font size and as a whole really.
Pretty sure I must be missing something.

Yeah sucks that it doesn't have text reflow. Pretty unexplainable. But use mobile sites and you can read fine unless you're 76 year's old..

I'm 36 and still think the fonts proper stupid! They should bundle in a free magnifine glass with the phone.

I'm gonna do a screen shot a bit later to show you guys what I'm up against lol

Just spent the last twenty mins trying to upload a screenie to show,

I'm sure something must be wrong???

The fonts about 2mm in size on some sites,

I have to turn the phone on its side if I want to read and pinch and zoom and left and right swipe to read!!

This phone is gonna feel the wall soon haha
