Is access to a WP8 device logged?

Hi,
A friend of mine accidentally left his WP 8.0 device (a Lumia 1520) in the office. Unfortunately, he didn't have a lock screen password at that time By checking his last WhatsApp login, I saw that someone must have gone into my friends WhatsApp.

My question is now: Is there any chance to find out if other apps have been accessed? (maybe some hidden event viewer that can be accessed when his phone gets developer unlocked or something like that)

I don't think us normal people can access such a log, if such a log exists.
