Is it ok to update the new build version of WP10 on Lumia 520?

Ok, ok I have read some threads about W10 and watched a video as well on Windows central. They say it's ok to install and have some a little patience about minor bugs in this new build. So is it ok to install the new build of W10 on Lumia 520?

Did they talk about installing it on your daily phone? It is not an update yet, just an insider preview.
I'm still waiting.
