It's safe to install latest windows 10 build of slow ring? I'm installed few months ago build 10166 but I'm rolling back to 8.1. But the 10166 they have small lags. They latest slow ring build its safe to download on my 635?

It's safe, but it's still a preview, you're going to have problems.

Depends what you consider big. I wouldn't install it on my daily use phone.
