Is there a fix to pictures turning sidesways (90 degrees) when imported to twitter from my Lumia 830

Not an issue with the screen rotation - picture is in up right position when saved on my phone. It is when I try to import to twitter or facebook. I have had a successful import to instagram and then sharing to face book. But going directly to twitter/facebook is no good.
