Is there a way to completely disable all dual SIM options if I only have one SIM?

I have a single SIM in a dual-SIM phone.

I want to... for example:
- Get rid of the "no sim" icon on the top bar
- Get rid of the "call/text using" "1-2"
- Get rid of the "1" form the call/text apps
