Is there an App to automate turning wifi and bluetooth on and off

On my last phone BB Z10 there was an app called profile changer, this could recognize certain wifi links and if I was connected to them would turn off Bluetooth, and as I left them it would turn Bluetooth back on. Is there anything like this for windows 8.1 (im using a lumia 925?

The closest you could have is a location-based reminder from Cortana, but as far as I know, you'll have to do this manually.

(I actually sort of miss the concept of Profiles, from the Symbian days. To date, Microsoft still hasn't put up an acceptable replacement for them, in my eyes.)
