Is there any possible way to get my Surface RT to run or download steam?

is there any possible way to get my surface rt to run or download steam?

I went to steams website tried to download it but it says that I can only download app store apps. I searched the app store for steam only to find out that there is not steam app. this is very disappointing as I really would like o do something on this surface, as it is supposed to do everything a pc can do and it cant. please help.

Where ever did you get the idea that it will do anything a PC can do.
