NM, updated my phone to W10 and its much better than earlier build. I was able to set Cortana using US region and other stuffs too are working way better than earlier version. I am going to keep this build on my phone. From what I see in this build, I am sure upcoming builds will improve and make W10 better.

It shows the last build of windows 10TP as the current available update in the server ...
Anyone faced this problem?

Does it say you can't revert? As far as I can see it says that there is a 9.X version on the server (8.1) and a 10.x version on your phone, so it would be correctly rolled back. The notification that there is an update available could come from the fact that the version on the server has newer firmware than on your phone. Did you get all the firmware-updates prior to updating to Windows 10?

I updated to Windows 10, just for fun. Apps show a lag and some don't adjust to screen size anymore. Mail and calender worked buggy and notification center also showed lags. Besides that it worked. After giving it a quick spin I rolled back to Windows 8.1 without a problem.

This is a know issue and also happened with the first TP.
Just accept it and you will go back to 8.1.

May be your internet is too slow.. . Use high speed internet.. Like 3g or broadband..

Or may be microsoft server is busy or traffic problem or something.. Try again after few days..

I downgraded my 730 to wp8.1 from tech preview.

If you are referring to 8.1 update 2 via TP, then its good. No bugs on it

I dont have problem on lumia 730 windows 10, since build 10051, i love it, and better in latest build 10080, one problem for me in windows 10 is, battery draining slight fast, we can switch off
Apps run in backroud. Have u hard reset after update ?
