I'm a game dev, using Haxe/OpenFl to make games.
I'd love to work with some people to get WP8 as a target; not many people on the Haxe/OpenFl side seem to interested in WP8 :(

I have some older flash games, you can check them out on my very outdated website (www . charcoalstyles . com).
And i'm about to (re)release an Android game and have a very small game nearly ready for release on Android and WP8 (through OpenFl's HTML5 export).

I'm developer who primarily works in the enterprise world doing web application development. A few years ago, I was interested in getting into WP development when I got my first WP but I just didn't have the time to get up and running (I have a family of 7 :)). So, in order to just get my feet wet in the app publishing world, I created an app using appmakr.com for my in-laws who founded and run a children's home in the Philippines that rescues kids from the streets and sex trafficking. There is a free (hhcr news free | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)) and paid (hhcr news | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)) version. I would like to turn this into a full fledged app with not only the rss feeds but also the capability of social media linking, contact capabilities as well as the ability to donate to them. I have some other ideas for apps but want to get this one up and running first and see where that takes me.

I am a student and I've been developing apps and games for Windows Phone for 2 years. I'm interested in developing games using Unity. For me, Windows Phone is the best OS for students like me to study about programming and making apps and games. I have 2 apps that I've published on Windows Store: A puzzle game who people answer tricky questions and compete with friends, and a contra remake for Windows Phone( sorry I don't have the permission to post links)
I'd be really happy and excited to join WPCentral Developer Program :)

I would like to join because you're completely ignore my applications.
For example, the app Start Screen Clock is THE BEST clock in the market, why? My users tells you why. I reported you you my app as a news, but... ok.
A also win few contests and i always follow design guidlines for Windows Phone.
You can find my apps by making "Venz" query in the market (windowsphone_dot_com/en-us/search?q=venz)

A little tip, if you want to be asked to join, don't rip on the people doing the selection in your very first sentence. Lol

Windows Phone Developer here. Been developing for 3 years. You can see my apps here: Apps from drg | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (Australia) but most are in major need of some updates. I haven't touched the apps in over 6 months and speaking to a few other developers we're al feeling the same, putting lots of effort into apps with little reward. Monetization is very hard.

I was a bit down heartened because my best app for the Australia A-League (soccer) which has very high reviews never returned the money I invested. I have 2 versions up there, one paid with free trial with ads, and one completely free with ads (I have 2 because I tested which would return more, have an app paid with trial or completely free with ads).

I have to pay 500 Euros/year for the live data and have forked out money for 2 years so far and have only made $150 (roughly $100 euros) in return. At the peak of the app when it was doing well and all features were functioning I asked WP Central to feature it a number of times but was overlooked and didn't ever receive a response. I knew my app was good because it had over 70 reviews all 4+ stars. I knew that if I got the WP Central endorsement it would've done a lot better. Instead it hasn't even covered a fraction of my out of pocket costs and not too mention the many hours of development. App development is a hobby and as a father with 2 kids I did most of my dev in the late hours of the night. Seeing as I didn't get the return I wanted, I have let my apps slip, and some have bugs that need to be addressed. The A-League kicks off again in 2 weeks and I'm yet to pay the subscription for the live data. It's had over 2000 downloads and I'm not sure I will pay the subscription in which case I'll have to take the app off the store and the users with the app won't receive live scores.

Having read about this developer program, maybe its what I need to get kick started again. I will wait to hear from you guys and if you think you can help in anyway then maybe I'll get the ball rolling.

I would love to join! I'm a college student and looking to get into Windows Phone development. I have a few ideas that I've started on and I'll probably be putting forth in the next month or two hopefully, but I want to keep them a secret (Not necessarily because somebody will copy my incredibly not really original idea, but so I can actually finish them first hahaha)

It would be really cool to be a part of the Developer Program! I am a relatively new developer, and I have launched my first app for Windows Phone! It's called ChameleonBox and it's a music player alternative that is heavily based on your library, with several features like:
- the option to add custom album arts;
- app background based on your albums' arts;
- app color based on your albums' arts;
- and much more!

It's currently on version 1.0 but a new update is inbound, and I am always interested in feedback from my users. The only problem here is that as of now, the number of installs is quite low, and that's where the Developer Program would help me a lot!

Here are some of the app's screenshots and a teaser video:

ChameleonBox was my first app, but definitely not my last! Keep an eye if you like my software :)

Hello! This Developer Program is a great idea and I would love to join. I've been working professionally as a Windows Phone developer for over two years now. I have developed 2 apps myself. The Budget Buddy is my most popular and the other app is called Agile Toolkit.

Budget Buddy and the Agile Toolkit can be found in the Windows Phone store. The Budget Buddy is a free app to help people track their spending and stay on budget.

I'm looking forward to hearing from all the WP developers out there and helping out in any way I can.

I am a developer focusing on medical imaging related apps for Windows Phone. I consider my best app to be “Windows Phone Dicom Viewer”, which can enable users to query, receive, display and process medical images without the need of any other middleware. I am joining because I want to get my app featured and prove that there are good healthcare-related apps for the Windows Phone platform.

I've been developing for the Windows Phone platform for quite a while now (since WP 7) and have quite a few apps out there, which you'll find at windowsphone.com/en-us/store/publishers?publisherId=AppOrigins

My top app at the moment is Run+, a Nike+ Running client for Windows Phone.

Would be great to be part of the WPCentral developer program!

I would like to join. Currently I am learning unity 2D. So I might be interested in developing something for our own platform. Well you never know until you see it.
