kb2919355 update problem for 8.1

So I bought one of those $250 ASUS Transformer Books off of eBay. Everything was fine up until the update process. I have tried everything (cmd, standalone installer, etc.) and Microsoft tech support has been useless. Has anyone else here had this problem? I'll settle for a way to make the OneDrive app work since I can't use it without the update.

This KB2969339 update by MS fixed the KB2919355 that threw up error 0x80073712
Read this KB article and see if it's what you need for a fix
Error 0x80073712 when you install update 2919355 in Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2
