L720 no automatic clock switch

As subject says, on my device under clock settings, there is no switch for turning on/off automatic clock/date.

As i recall, when i first turned on the phone while went through initial process, i never adjust the time manually but it was correct.
Few days after had to soft reset the phone (stuck black screen while on charge and glance on) it restarted with wrong date and clock and till then i have no automatic option in the settings. However, it self-adjusted during weekend when was time switching +1 hour (?)

An explanation that it depends on carrier i cant accept couse all my previous phones adjusted the time by itself. And sure, i bet my phone had that option from the start, but now it's gone. Any cure for that?

Eh, btw, in the time i was without my own phone, i was using borrowed L520 and you guess, there was no need to adjust correct time manualy, so it,s out of question that this issue is coused by the carrier.

Ok guys, i had hard hopes that my phone's update to 8.1 will bring this option back to my settings but i was wrong, i still have no automatic time settings! :shocked:
