honestly there are too many issues with the lumia 900. I don't know if it was a rushed product. I don't think it was, either bad Engineering or Bad Manufacture. It could go both ways. I would trade it in for another device.. Titan II or something else that fits your needs
Nonsense.
The data issue was fixed within a WEEK and Nokia gave everyone a full refund AND let them keep the phone. I have never seen any phone OEM do that. My phone didn't even have the problem, but I'm getting $100 back anyway.
A software fix for the "purple screen" is already on the way per Nokia.
The camera is not as good as other high end phones with BSI sensors. That said, it's not an "issue" or a defect. It's simply something Nokia cut costs on so they could sell the phone for $99. LOTS of other phones don't have BSI sensors, it's not unusual. To complain about it on a $99 phone which was actually FREE for most people vs. a Titan 2 which is $200, is ludicrous. My camera is more than adequate for me. I'm not taking pictures of lions in the Serengeti at sunset for National Geographic.
The rest is a bunch of nit-picking nonsense or isolated incidents. The only reason you hear so much about them is that all eyes are on Nokia right now and because Nokia sells more Lumia's in an afternoon than HTC or Samsung sell Windows Phones all damn year.
Every new phone that comes out has issues and the Lumia has not been any more problematic than any other. It's average. More importantly, Nokia's response to those issues has been WAY above average.
That's great that the Titan 2 has a wonderful camera, but HTC STILL has issues with the Titan 1 that they haven't fixed yet.
Ultimately, I'll take the phone from the company that bends over backwards to respond to customers and make things right over the one who doesn't give a crap once the phone has shipped.
It will be really interesting to see what the haters have to say when issues with the Titan II inevitably arise and HTC doesn't do jack s*** about them.
The phone model that ships with no issues whatsoever hasn't been invented yet.
