[L925] Windows 8.1 Stopped working?

Hi Folks,

I am using Lumira 925 for 1.2 years now. Since yesterday, it has stopped working completely. When I plug it for charging, it does not even blink Windwos icon. When I connect my phone with data cord to my laptop, it gives 2 unusual beeps.

I tried to hard reset using volume down and power buttons which did not help.

Can somebody tell if there is any way to get my phone working?

There is only one option I have left with is to visit Nokia Care.

Why not try to resurrect the phone using Nokia recovery tool or Nokia care suite...Assuming the warranty is over by now flashing the original rom may solve the problem if it doesn't solve the problem then go to Nokia care..

I am downloading Lumia Software Recovery Tool 5.0.0. Lets see if that helps.

Have you ever seen such problem with any device, that it completely stops working?

Try going into the P4D App and turning it off...

A 925 user posted in this link having the same problem....He tried different methods but none of them actually worked...So he sent to nokia care and they fixed the problem with the chipset and is working now....

Thanks ... Seems he got his phone working with Nokia Care's help... Hope to get my phone working too.
