Do windows phons 7 have launchers or themes

No at least not like on Android. What WP calls themes is changing of the accent color and changing the background from Black to White.

Yes but you have live tiles that you can change or pick which ones you want. Think about it like this WP has only one screen but the widgets (live tiles) are much better like widgets on steroids. Each live tile changes flips shows information so every time you look at the screen you will see something different without you having to make changes. There is always something interesting going on on your WP Screen.

What's wrong with the home screen? I never really liked those launchers when I had my android phone.

I just want more color options or the ability to have different colors per tile that is part of the OS, something that will allow you to differentiate them.
