Launching certain app upon connecting to bluetooth device

I have searched the forums and cannot find an answer - I am wondering if there is a setting or app that I am overlooking that will enable my phone to launch an app when it automatically connects to my car's bluetooth. Specifically, I would like Lumia Driver to launch when my 830 connects to the Sync system in my car.
