So I might be moving to Japan soon and was thrilled to find out that they're getting (at least one) windows phone with Freetel and possibly Panasonic.
I was wondering what you all think about the viability of these new devices in Japan?
Freetel's is still a bit of a mystery, because the processor is unnamed, but it only has 1gb of RAM.
I'm not even certain if I would buy it, as much as I'd miss WP. I'd be much more likely to buy the M9 with android on it.
So my questions are:
Would you buy either of these phones if you were in Japan?
Do you think this is enough to entice Japan to WP, considering Here Maps is awful in Japan?
