"Live Folders" - How do you use them?

I've got two at the moment. The first is full of stuff I'll need when I travel later this month: (Airline & local transit apps, Uber, Urban spoon etc. That folder will probably be unpinned when I get back home.

The other holds the Bing news, sports, finance apps, WP Central and couple of others.

Folders can't be moved into folders

I was using the "App folders" app to organize my start screen before update 1. Now with the live folders I can take all the app folders, place them as one live folder and voila, folders in folders!

Hey Folks,

A nice trick to make the best of the 'Live Folders' option.

If u have any app to quick toggle the settings of the phone, Ex: I am using "quick settings" app. You can pin the individual settings to the start screen and make a folder out of those icons. Then you can quickly go to those respective 'settings page' by clicking on the dropped-down icons from folder rather than opening the "quick settings" app. (Don't know in other devices, but it at least saves a lot time in my L520).

This can also be helpful when you'd have contact groups pinned to your start screen.
To call a person, you need to touch to open the 'groups' page, Then click on the individual contact and then make a call. Instead, You can pin individual contacts and make a folder of those contacts. Tapping that folder would just present u the list of contacts in the start screen itself and u can directly jump to the individual contact page and place a call.

Works well with whatsapp contacts too

IMO, this method saves helluva time required in opening multiple app pages.

Since we all know how good Xbox apps are in WP specially Xbox games.

I am using live folder as game hub now.
And other uses still to be found.

I wish there's a way to set how often or how fast the Live Tiles and Live Folders update on the home screen.. now I just set my screen time out to 3 minutes so I can stare at the Folders updating..

I'm liking Live Folders... Lots of spaces left for more apps.... I have only two plain Live tiles... the Weather and the Month calendar- I like having the larger footprint where the info is always visible.

For example, when I put my Fandango icons in just a medium tile, I can see movie news, but of course when you put this in Live Folder, the current app doesn't show the additional info. I hoping as apps get updates with Live Folders in mind, this kind of behavior will improve. One thing you can definitely see with Live Folders is how different developers have handled the "Live Tile" area.
