Local scout Canada doesn't work?!

Anyone else in Canada getting error messages when trying to use local scout? Basically saying it can't find anything. I've messed around with all the settings bit nothing helps. Anyone have a workaround for this??

For me it's only restaurants in certain areas that done work...

I think MS and Nokia have got to stop playing around and just integrate Nokia's services inside of WP8 as they are better around the world in general.
Also, it's pretty clear that outside of Nokia there is really only some of the Chinese companies like Huawei that might be pushing WP in the future...HTC is struggling just to survive and it seems don't have the budget to be churning out handsets every few months
