Lock button stopped working.

Just recently my L620 lock/power button has stopped working. For the rest of the day it was working fine but just only a few hours ago at work the power button stopped working and I luckily had my camera button set to wake on a long press. Its had it share of drops as any other phone but none recently. Is there a way to fix (or a temporary fix) this other than using the camera button or would sending it in to be fixed/replaced be the best option?

Also double tap to wake would be really appreciated right now Nokia -_-

My wifes Lumia 520 did the same, fortunately still six month of warranty so o2 sent it off for repair.
