Locking the 3 buttons at the bottom

I wish there was a way to lock the 3 buttons at the bottom of the phone
becase I am always hitting a button if I'm playing a game or doing something

I it would be nice to like hold the power button for 3 seconds to lock the 3 buttons and
than hold it again to unlock them
I don't know if anyone else is having this same issue but every time I let my daughter play a game on my phone everytime she hits one of the buttons and does not know how to get back into the game she was on..
