It's applied straight away to your account, no redeeming codes etc. It looks to be still going, as a another family member has just logged in and they've got it as well. Be quick though if you haven't got it already.

You had to open the link that was attached to the tweet. There were pictures of letters that you need to match against the wheel and decipher the code.
