Looking for users with unlocked handsets

No, I mean a manufacturer unlocked; Bought it unlocked from an official retailer.

That doesn't mean its developer unlocked. Developer and carrier unlocks are very different.. Developer unlocked allows you to side load unofficial apps, carrier unlocked allows you to use basically any SIM card.

If iIput words in your mouth, sorry. It seemed like you thought that carrier unlocks and dev unlocks were one and the same.Again, sorry.
