Low Alarm Volume?

I've noticed that the alarm volume is pretty loud when choosing tones, but when the actual alarm goes off it's a significantly lower volume on high. Is this a matter of the volume increasing gradually? I listened for an increase but I didn't notice one, maybe I didn't wait long enough.

I'll see what I can notice tonight. The alarm in this seems better than it was on my Arrive.

I tested this. The first time the alarm goes off, it plays the alarm cycle at least three times, then pauses for a second or two, then starts up again. It seems like the 2nd time it got pretty darn loud, certainly much louder than whatever the phone volume is set at.

And it will get louder the longer you wait trough cycles.
