Lumia 1020 display

My 1020 display has got damaged I need replacement of the screen but It's costs around 17k in Nokia care and now actually phone price is 23k in India im from Hyderabad can anyone suggests what to do

You can replace it yourself if you want to save on money and are good at following instructions (from YouTube videos). The replacement screen does come for a price though. Search on eBay.
