Lumia 1020 Freezing

I've soft reset my Lumia 1020 4 times today. It's been off the charger for 5 hours and my battery is at 56%. Normally I'd be at 75% now. Does anyone else have this problem and if so, what's a fix? I have the option to call At&t to get another phone. But I've had 6 Lumia 1020's in the last 3 months. I can switch to a 920 or a Galaxy S4. Any ideas on what to do??
