Lumia 1020 w/ Default Camera App Issue

Default Camera App on a Lumia 1020

​I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but the image on the phone is all black except for repeated image on the top of what the camera see's. If you take the picture, it looks fine so its only a display error I guess. Anyone else getting this? I have already hard reset but no fix.

Same error here. But the workaround I've found, is that if you reinstall the app (Lumia Camera) it starts working normally. Hope this helps

While Lumia Camera works, its not the default Camera app labeled "Camera".

Exactly same problem here....
Plus when it goes in lock screen it hangs untill you soft reset it

While Lumia Camera works, its not the default Camera app labeled "Camera".

Then change the default camera in the settings to Lumia Camera. Hey presto, all sorted.

​You are missing the point and there was zero negativity towards the app being buggy. Simply using another app doesn't get the default app fixed. The default Camera App in Windows 10 is suppose to be the best thing available for 1020 users since we are unable to use Lumia Camera 5.
