Lumia 1520 denim - but no 4k or hey Cortana?

I traded my iPhone 5S for a 1520 here in Norway .
when I got it I took a factory reset, set it up and it downloaded denim and installed if.
but I can't get 4K video nor does hey Cortana work, even though normal Cortana works with push of button (have setup for uk).

Norway 1520 did not get DEMIN.

Cyan has a bug in extra+info which shows demin but is cyan.

you have to activate hey cortana. it is the last option on the configuration menu. mine 930 I did that.
