Lumia 1520 ghost back taps

My 1520 goes in some crazy back taps on its own sometimes where I am not touching the hardware buttons and it starts going into mutlitask window and back and locks up sometimes. Today I discovered when this happens, the top left corner, under the front facing camera is triggering this, I can tap there like I would tap on the back button on the bottom left and it picks it up as pressing the back button.

This is very strange that the top part of the screen would be acting as the capacitive button. Anyone else experience these ghost back presses? If you do, can you try tapping the top left corner and see if that is what is triggering it as well? Shame that a great device like this has this issue.

Turn off the phone and clean the screen.

I do clean my screen and I have shut it off and on many times, this isn't the issue. The 1520 has had this issue for a long time with others reporting similar issues. The new bit to this to me was that tapping the top left corner triggered it which I was not aware of before.

Defective digitizer. Have it replaced and you're good.

I guess your digitalizer is damaged.
