Lumia 535 USB wont work error 19 MTP

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19) soo yeah i did remove it from device manager but still nothing..

Use another USB cable, maybe it has been malfunctioned.
