Lumia 550 sim tray not available in india

While removing sim,the pins got broken.Service center says it needed sim tray replacement but microsoft is not yet shipping them to india.Its been 7 months and still waiting.plz help.

you cannot do anything about it, if Microsoft isn't shipping spare parts. If your device is under warranty you can escalate the matter and request for a replacement device. If not you can look around at local mobile shops to provide a replacement which may not be genuine but can get things working again. Further you could buy the sim tray online , there are a few sellers on eBay ( Nokia Lumia 550 735 830 950 XL Sim Card Reader Slot Tray Holder Connector | eBay) but i doubt if they ship to India.
