Lumia 620 Apps Backup really working 100%?

Under "Backing up your stuff" Windows Phone says : "We can create a backup of all sorts of things to make the transition easier, including:
The apps you've installed on your phone, along with high scores and progress from participating apps"

Question: Really, guys? Last time I've backed up my Lumia, no game progress was restored, only the apps list and settings were.:straight: Right now I would like to reset again my phone and I really am NOT sure if , say "Bubble Bust" from Game On will come back to me along with the progress I've achieved. Can someone tell me if games progress cand really be backed up, as WP pretends?? Thanx....

Simple answer, some games backup to the cloud, it is up to the developer to enable the feature,

Backup on my Lumia 620 CV UK, 8.1.1 Black has not worked properly ever since 8.1. Backup always fails at 96%. Suggestions on WPCentral article and elsewhere to Hard Reset; Turn of Text Backup; Delete old backups; identify and remove rogue apps (?); Turn off App Backup etc. have not resolved the issue for me. Was hoping Cyan firmware update might resolve the issue but like many others I am still waiting for MSFT to pull it's corporate finger out and release Cyan for DfP users.
