Lumia 620 still randomly restarts after Amber Update.

I was having random restarts in every 3 days 'regularly' before getting Amber and so I thought it would get fixed in Amber but NO. My phone still restarts in about every 2-3 days regularly as if i've set a timer! It is the most annoying thing for me to have it in a phone. I can even bare lag but restarts just spoil it all for me. The restarts occur only if I don't restart the phone my self by powering off and on. Tried several hard resets before Amber but the problem still persists in Amber as well. Disappointed. Is it the same with you guys?

I am Nagarjun. I have same problem with this device Lumia 620.
Device is getting Power OFF without any manual action and Unable to Power it ON again.
After several attempts it will Power ON but remains for a few mins and getting back to OFF mode.

I am facing this problem after Black Update. Then i Reset my mobi, still the problem remains and another important thing is My Amber and Black update was vanished
Please Help me in this regards. Thankyou

What u men by updates vanished? Are all the new features introduced still there?
And abt the random restarts there are some potential causes, the one that affected my 620 was random power drain which wld cos the battery to go from 70ish to 10% in a matter of minutes.. But that's been fixed since a long time.
The other issue I've heard about is the faulty back covers which don't fit perfectly and causes random restarts.
You can't rule your battery out either it may well be damaged best to get it checked up at a Nokia care.

Your battery may be loose. You need to update extras+info after resetting your phone.
