Lumia 625 Battery not like other 625's

After the Dev Preview WP8.1, i noticed the my battery gets like 4-6 hours heavy to moderate Wi-Fi usage plus overheating (only Wi-Fi), Cortana and location turned off, Bluetooth, cellular data off as well, all background apps "not allowed". I even tried unsyncing Facebook, and it kind of helped (less heat, and 1hr battery improvement). But maybe this has been a problem ever since (Lumia Black maybe?) i purchased the phone on the Amber update and didn't know how it was. After the purchase i immediately updated to Black the next day, so i don't know if this is a hardware problem. The Lumia Black performance was kind of (a tad) better, like it could go until 8-9 hrs. (Some 625 users claim they get up to 15 hours) -- so maybe there's really a problem. Can anybody relate?
I am really hoping the Lumia cyan update will fix all these cause I'm so frustrated. My sister's. Xperia L (2,300mAh, mine's 2000, we bought it the same day) is so much better. Like her battery is down 2% every 30 minutes. My 30 minutes is 12-15% down .

Try a hard reset. After hard reset my l620 battery life has increased a bit. Hope it works for you too.

I've done 2 hard resets already and nothing seems to have worked. It's just the same battery drain
