Lumia 625 RM-941 MEA Model not displaying 4G Network as Highest Speed.

Hi guys !
I have a Nokia Lumia 625, Model Number RM-941, and it is MEA version. I live in Lebanon and my carrier supports 4G LTE and my SIM Card is 4G-Enabled, but I can't see "4G" in Highest Connection Speed. What should I do to fix it ? I am running WP8.1 Developer Preview, the latest firmware. And my phone is unlocked.

If I should flash a ROM, can I have a link with explanations and a tutorial ?

Back then does it have the 4G in the selection?

Nope, I don't know, because when I got it, I didn't have a 4G SIM Card then, inserted a 2G/3G SIM, and when I finished the setup, the phone alerted me that it will restart to update the settings. I couldn't check the menu yet.
