Lumia 630 Call Volume Bugs

My nokia is lumia 630 dual sim - my problem is call volume (volume when you are on the talk) is not reducing it is always high. Even while in the call mode i press the volume down key button and it shows in display it reduces but in reality the volume is still high. What should I do? Any suggestion. Please I have not drop or done anything to it. It is only 3 days I have used my phone in other it is absolutely new.

hey welcome to WPCentral forums !
I will suggest you to do a soft reset (this will not erase any of your data ). To do so just press the volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboot itself(ignore the black screen to power off the phone ).

I'm assuming you have a new device, in that case just get it replaced or perform a hard reset (complete wipe) before you get the phone replaced with warranty

I guess some bug with the dual sim settings of lumia as my friend who bought this phone was not able to hear anything from the speaker he bought his phone hardly 5 hrs ago. He tried soft reset but it didn't solved so he did hard reset(settings -> about -> reset your phone) now it is working perfectly fine. you should try hard reset after that if still the problem persist go to shop and get replaced your device.

No it did not work after the hard reset feeling disappointed... Furthermore I see that when I talk with viber or skype the call volume work perfectly but when I try to do normal call with default windows phone os call volume seems not working at all.

Can anyone give any software name that can be used to call phone I don't want to use the default windows phone calling. Please don't give me software name like viber, what's app, line etc. I need a software that can serve local calling! Sorry for my poor english...I hope I'm able to make you all understand the situation I'm in.

Definitely a bug with dual sim capability of wp8.1 you should contact microsoft about this issue so that they can solve it contact them on twitter @WinPhoneSupport they will note down this bug so that they can solve it.

They just solved it in latest update. Keep your lumia 630 up to date. Go to settings --> Phone update and check for updates manually.
Finally Lumia 630 Dual sim audio call issue solved!!!

Having the same issue. Tried resetting the phone. Formatted sd card. Updated to latest version. Still no luck! Please help
