Lumia 640, frequent restarts

After trying everything I could think of and trying all posted suggestions, restart problem came down to this.... App running called " Aerize Optimizer" along with windows 10 was causing well over 60 restarts a day... Have not had 1 restart since removing app. Thanks to all who offered help.
