Lumia 640 XL 3g dual SIM variant cellular data problem

Hi guys.. I have read 640 xl threads regarding dual sim variant (RM 1067-1011) cellular data problem. I am also face same kind of problem. Most of time I couldn't get proper data connection. Because of that I can't update windows apps and surf internet properly. Cellular data come randomly then then its not work. Then I have to restart my phone to work cellular data. There is no apn problem. I have checked it. I have also reset my phone phone using Microsoft recovery tool but same thing happen even I have check this with windows 10. But in same place same sim my note 3 have proper cellular data connection. But this matter didn't effect for my calling or massage experience.

So if you guys know hove to resolve this problem. Please help me..

Hi guys, I having same problem here too, 640 xl dual sim variant 3G only.
Anyone can help us, please. help us
