Lumia 735 stopped syncing to outlook app - error 85002012

I've had the phone for a few weeks and it has been working well.
Today though, it has stopped syncing to the outlook app, on WiFi & data.
Using my phone, I was able to access my email (...@live.com.au) via the outlook webpage.
I can also access my outlook calender OK.
My outlook primary account settings on the phone all appear OK.
The rest of the phone functions & apps all appear to be working fine.

Any suggestions??

Delete the outlook account in settings > email+accounts .
And install it again.
I resume that the mail app is an added account.
